Yea, I wish I had your problem. Starts exercising. Lunges and squats are amazing for the butt and legs, and pushups are the best sll around exercise you can do - it works just about every muscle you have.

Lap swim! It's amazing! Loses your gut but gives you a nice butt!!!!

Do some strength training with weights. Squats and lunges to perk up that booty, and google different core work-outs online (variety works better) to get rid of the gut.

I lost a lot of weight after my second. Before getting pregnant with her I was 120, I had hyperemesis and lost to 110 by 15 weeks pregnant and then was 138 when she was born. By 2 months pp I was down to 110 and by 5 months pp I was at 103. I could not keep weight on no matter how much I ate. I had my thyroid checked and it was a bit out of whack so my midwives gave me a natural regimen to get it back into shape. I also did a pretty high calories high healthy fat diet which consisted of lots of small meals throughout the day, 2 avocado smoothies a day (avocado, honey, whole milk yogurt and a banana blended up-super high in healthy fats), nuts and cheese for snacks, cooking in coconut and olive oil a lot. I always have to carry something to snack on with me and I eat almost constantly but I'm finally able to maintain a weight right around 115-117 which is still smaller than I would like but at least I don't look sick like I did at almost 100 lbs.

I had lots of jumk in the trunk before I got pregnant with my son. Some friends from work called me ghetto booty and I was only 115 pounds so I was far from being chunky. After I had my son my booty did deflate a bit but the thing that helped me to tone it back up was to stand with my hands on the back of the chair for balance and raise my legs straight back alternating. This firms up your butt muscles. My butts still not like it was but I'm not far from it.
My gut went back down in a week so I cant help you there but I did have lots of trouble gaining weight. I finally had to go on a strict diet. I know that sound strange but I had to majorly add to my calorie intake. I wasnt breast feeding.
Breakfast was oatmeal with peanut butter in it, a banana, whole milk, toast with apple butter, and a mid morning snack of slim fast.
Lunch was whatever I wanted as long as I had some peanut butter and drank a slim fast after.
Mid after noon snack of either slim fast of ensure and dinner was never after 6 and was bread, 4 oz of meat (more is okay but I didnt eat less), starch (potato, noodles, or rice), and either a salad or veggie.
I know this sounds like a lot and the slim fast sounds retarded but after I left the hospitol weighing 4 pounds less than I did before I got pregnant na djust kept loosing. It was either this diet, which helped me gain up to a nice healthy 125 pounds, or go on a pill to slow my metabolism down. I'm not a big fan of pills.

I only gained ~16 pounds when I was pregnant. Before, I weighed 120 or 130. Now I weigh 103. I think it's nursing. But, I love it. I do agree with the boobs and booty though. That's a downer. Maybe exercise and using some weights in the right places would help.

With both of my pregnancies I gained about 25lbs, and lost about 30 after delivery. My sisters hate me for it :) I too have the loose pudgy tummy...kids are vicious on your stomach muscles. I still would like to lose another 15lbs to be happy...then I would be back to my weight BEFORE I got married. If you are breastfeeding, it takes up more calories. SO to stay the same weight you have to eat more. But if you do that make sure it is healthier foods that you are eating not fast food. You don't want to pass all that junk to your baby.

I lost a lot of weight when my daughter was 4-5 months. I was/am breastfeeding also. I had to make some major diet changes. I pretty much had to eat all day long. I switched from skim milk to 2%. I had to eat 3 meals a day and at least 2 snacks plus a dessert/before bed snack. I stopped working out as much and as intensely as I was. Instead I just went for walks a few nights a week with my baby and hubby. Do you know how many calories you're eating? I use this calorie counter:
caloriecount.about.com/

It's free and has a huge database of foods. Breastfeeding can burn anywhere from 400-600+ calories/day depending on the person. Make sure you're eating enough (healthy) calories for yourself and to make milk. I'm finally back up to 120. I've been able to gain a little because my daughter is older and not nursing as much, but when she was younger I just made sure I ate plenty.
