when all else fails try God. Iknow I know. but trust me I was a victim of childhood sexual abuse and here I am 30 years old facing a similar situation. i prayed and said like carrie underwood Jesus take the wheel and by golly he did. In his word he said all you need is a mustard seed of faith. Step out on faith. Now my whole situation has turned around. God loves proving how much he loves us give him a chance to prove it to you. God is never late, he's always on time.

My heart goes out to you Kelley. :( And all the others that have posted personal experiences that relate. I just don't get these type of people, it truly disgusts me and makes me so angry. I hope everything turns out for the best and you get away from that mad man. I can't understand how someone would even want to touch a child in such a way, those poor innocent souls being violated and scarred for life. :( Just breaks my heart. I hope they heal both physically and emotionally. Make sure they are talking to professionals so they can start healing right away. I'm just so sad reading about your experience, and the others that have been through this. It's a true disgusting shame we have to worry about these type of monsters. And by their own father. :( God... I'm so sorry.

Hope you did talk to your lawyer and force the jerk to take drug test. I did that with mine custody of my daughter. I came clean and her father had drugs in his body and he failed the test. That makes the court/judge mad and I got the full cusotdy and He just have to pay child support and visitation. Quess What, he is still behind in child support, his driver liencse taken away and have not followed the court rules for him to followed till can have my daughter overnight at age 5 but it moved up to 8 years old. He never followed it since 2007 when the final was done in the court. He and my daughter last seen each other was in dec 2006 when my daughter was 8 months old, soon it will be 3 years of not seen each others in almost 3 months in coming dec.



I had great families and friends support me all this court, lawyer, emonials, etc...



I thanks for the strongest lawyer I had who helps me get thru and support me.



Hope you got that jerk taken liar tester and drugs test and he failed just like loud buzzed goes off for rest of his life.



Just stay strong and hope you will give lots of love and full of happy in your childern life and have a better future as well too.

omg that is so sad and im I know words cant express how sorry i am that you and your children had to endure something like that my best advice would be to move away from him and start over and fresh if the system is protecting him i would simply go to the local news station and tell your story. either two things will happend they will support you and put the SOB in prison or you will know that your story has been heard and you and your kids will be safe.

omg that is aweful!! im so sorry to hear about this situation. the best advice that i can give is to go public call the newspaper, tv, etc... no one wants bad publicity. in the meantime raise hell with your attorney and appeal your ass off!! take it as high as you can go. good luck and i hope the sick ass hole gets what he deserves. hopefully he will get put in prison and some big guy named bubba will show him how it feels when your molested and sodomized!! i was raped and molested twice in what childhood i had and i know what it feels like to be a victim. keep fighting there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

yes, I was molested by my Great Uncle and raped at age 15 by a friend's step brother. The uncle is dead and rotting where he needs to be. The rapist also raped a 12 yr old and a 14 yr old before he was caught... funny thing is he's now a free man and I'm 26! He only spent 4yrs in prison!!! Tell me that's justice?? I hate the system, Hopefully it'll work for y'all.

I have a suggestion... the system sucks, take the matter in your own hands and chop his off, and sodomize him with it! Then make sure no evidence is found! Yes, you know, you should move out of there, as far as you can get! Don't let him know anything about where you live or anything! There has to be lawyers to take this case and do something about him and the police in that town. All you gotta do is go to the state capital and speak to the governor. Show him the evidence the dr found. I am sorry your children were put through this terrible disgusting thing, but if I were you, I would risk my life to ensure that man got what he deserved. At least then, he won't be around to harm them or anyone else. There are ways to make it accidental... watch Enough with J-Lo. Do some research. I don't know why you need a petitions when you have a dr's evidence to back it all up, etc. Lawyers will help you. I hope you do the right thing and that your children will fully recover from this mess.

It's terrible that any man would victimize any child, let alone his own children. He should be in jail, why isn't he? He raped and sodomized his own children, one of whom is disabled....there is a special place in hell for him! I am so sorry this happened to your children and to you. I pray that the legal system is your saving grace. Take him down any way you can, anything you can prosecute him for do it, fraud, domestic abuse, anything just get his ass in jail on small charges if you can't win this biggie. I would lure him out of his county and try to set him up for something that would guarantee an arrest. That may sound crazy but nobody will hurt my child like that and get away with it. A Time to Kill comes to mind, do whatever you have to do to protect those kids and get out of that corrupt county. You should bring National attention to this, I'm serious contact Nancy Grace ask to be on her show and talk about it, or Dr. Phil or Oprah, get the national and local media involved and you will get the ruling you want (and that your precious children deserve) I promise!

I am so sorry for the loss that was perpetrated on you and your children! I have had more experience with pedophiles than I'd like to admit, but they are out there and they are preying on our young! My younger brother is a pedophile who hurt my daughter and nephew.  He served some time in county jail and is now free to walk the streets!  The national sex offender registry only lists people that were caught as adults! My brother was a minor when caught (16)! He is on the private, legal official only site in the sherriff's dept.! I didn't know that minors were not listed on the national registry. It just goes to show that there are many predators out there that we will never know! Caution to all with children!!!

This crime takes so much away from a family! It damages the children often times for life and the pain for all that love those babies is unbearable! The punishment is minimal at best for these sick, sick people!

We will be praying for your situation! The laws definitely need to be changed!!!!!
