My daughter officially turns 4 months tomorrow and I want to get her into a routine.
I want her to be able to fall asleep on her own. what bedtime routines are you guys doing, and what have you found that works the best. Because right now I'm trying to let her cry it out and its killing me. I feel like the worst mom in the world. Is it to early to be letting her cry it out?

With any routine you have to be consistent. Make sure you do the same thing every night. You can do a bath about an hour before bed time followed by a bottle or nurse. Sometimes it helps to dim or turn off most of the lights so your baby will know it's quiet time. Then do a diaper change and put night clothes on and lay them down. It is rough the first few days of crying out, but they get it pretty quickly. Just go in every 10 mins to reassure your baby that you are still there. I also find that playing music helps too. My daughter is 25 months and has been on a sleep schedule since she was 8 weeks old and we did the cry it out method. Good luck.
