Don't give up on water, the earlier the better when instilling good and healthy habits. Show Baby that you enjoy drinking water, share and smile. Put on the works, "Mmmmmmmmm, yummy!"

Try some ice cubes in the water. My son thinks it is such a game and will shake the sippy cup and then keep drinking.

I love flavored water. I have the Brita Water Filter with Flavor thing. You can get the one that attaches to your faucet or a pitcher. My son loves it. He will drink that more then juice.

Yes, Gatorade is awesome...I very rarely give my children juice only because they love water. Gatorade is so healthy plus it keeps your child well hydrated and doesn't seem to sit on their teeth like juice or milk would!

we cut the juice with water. my kids got sick from juice and it turned out to be an allergy to artificial sugar. make sure it's 100% juice, apple is best for sensative tummys and cut it 50/50 water. if not give her water every time she wants a drink, eventually she will drink it.

It depends on the age I think. What is it about the juice that makes her sick? Is it the type of juice. Are you giving her toddler juice or grown up juice? You could give her water and just put a dab of juice in it for flavor.

get her a special cup or water bottle then maybe she'll drink the water. my daughter likes it when i put ice cubes in her sippy cup because they make noise when she shakes the cup, and make the water super cold and she really likes it then.

How old is your daughter? My son is only on breastmilk and my daughter drinks pretty much only water and milk.... no matter how warm it is outside lol.

Have you tried really cold water? My kids will drink water all day if I make it cold. Other than that maybe flavored water but you have to be careful which one you give her cause some are loaded with sugar.
