it's his buddy...no clue why that stuck but it's kind of cute...my mother in law calls it a susher. at 14 1/2 months he doesn't use it much anymore though, just for bed and the car seat.

I would call it a pacifier whenever i would give it to her but my daughter came up with her own name. She calls it "te-te". But it doesn't matter whatever makes you and your child happy.

It's a pacifier, and always will be...the other terms are just shorter for children to pronounce as they get older, I am assuming... I have always called it a binky, or bink. Nice, simple, and easy for kiddo's to say!!! lol

We call it either "paci" or "pepe" (Spanish). Binky was what I used to call my baby blanket, so I call her baby blanket binky. My daughter prefers to snuggle with the burp clothes, which I call rags (because that is what they basically are).

I call it a "paci" or "ummy." Sometimes a "binky." I use NUK brand so baby's grandparents call it a "nuky" which i think is histerical! Whatever you choose will work for you and baby :)

You can call it whatever you want to she will evently assoiate whatever you call it with something she wants and she might not say what your saying when she wants it i think thats where all the other names come from
here is an example i called it a nuk and my son would say ookie i was puzzled for a little while like he wants a cookie then i figured it out he was saying nukie when he wanted the pacifier
