what is 1st food means i noticed in baby bottle food i would like to know about bottle foods at the same time my baby is now 3 +.

There's no such thing as bottle foods. You put formula or expressed breast milk in a bottle, food is eaten off a spoon out of a bowl or with their fingers. 3 months is too young for food. Here is some good info on starting solids. http://kellymom.com/nutrition/starting-s...
