What do you wear?

Mommy's ~

What do you wear. Granted not all of us mommies nurse. But for those that do and pump, what do you wear? Are you comfortable with what you wear? Where do you find your clothing? Do you still feel sexy? Do your clothes fit the way you want? What would you want to change about your clothes/nursing clothing? What do you wear when you're not working (dressing up/casual) yet still nursing your baby? Do you find that some nursing clothes are unattractive? I'd love some insight :)

I would wear the same clothes as I did before I was pregnant. I breastfed for 9 months and never bought any clothes specifically designed for breastfeeding (except for nursing bras). I'm pregnant again so I mostly wear stretchy workout type clothes or maternity clothes. I like the tank tops with the built in bras for hanging around the house. I look forward to wearing all my non pregnancy clothes again soon.

I breastfed both my babies for more than 2 years combined. I ended up just wearing my normal, albeit somewhat looser, clothes and just went to the bathroom to feed. I had no problem doing that because I'm a shy person. There are a lot of nice maternity/nursing clothes that work really well. I got most of mine from Maternity. At work I would cover myself with my jacket, a blanket, or a nursing shall. You can find a lot of good things online too. I also found some really cute maternity/nursing dresses that are great for going out. Anything with a built-in bra (tank tops that aren't too short, dresses) work really well because you can just slip off the shoulder stray and away you go! Hope that helps :) Just make sure whatever you are wearing isn't too tight that it can't be pulled up for easy access. And if you are wearing a tank top with a built-in bra, be sure the nursing pads won't show! Sports bras work as well.

Good luck!
