never had to loose weight after having any of my kids. I went back down to 109 pounds after each one.

Breastfeeding and going for long walks with the baby. I also did a lot of stretching in between to help kinda tighten things as i lost the weight.

Definitely breastfeeding! and extended feeding until your baby is older! I am small to begin with, 5'2 and extra small clothes. I only gained 25 pounds exactly and looked my pre-pregnancy size a few weeks after delivery. Also walking with baby and eating healthy. Especially if you breastfeed, you'll need more calories so just choose healthy snacks like almonds, granola bars, fruit, and crackers. Theres lots of stuff thats easy to take along with you and its better to snack all day than eat giant meals!

Nursing! I nursed for 7 months before giving it up (doctors orders) By the time my son was 2months old I weighed 10 pounds less than I did BEFORE I got pregnant! Granted, my son was a HUGE eater, which is the reason my doctor order that I give it up at month 7. Nursing does mean that you need to take in almost double your normal calories though, bc you are literally eating for 2! But somehow the weight just falls off!

I second that, Niki! I'm 10 lbs *under* my prepregnancy weight. I also stayed active during my pregnancy and continued to eat healthy and exercise afterwards. It takes time.

South Beach diet, there are 3 phases and during phase 1 I tend to lose 5 pounds a week. The trick is sticking with phases 2 and 3 to keep the weight off.

Breast feeding for sure! And walks! It's good to get the baby fresh air and even something as simple as a stroll to get the mail helps. The only thing I have to say about the breastfeeding is watch yourself when your baby is weaned off! I lost all of my baby weight while nursing and then my son stopped one day...but I kept eating like I was nursing and packed it all back on lol. Lot's of water!! But if your baby is still really young don't worry so much about losing the weight. It took 10 months to put it on, it could take a lot longer to take it off! Enjoy your little one!
