My kids started out in Early Head Start.. its a free program from birth-3years of age and once they turn 3 they transition into Head start for two years and then off to kindergarten. . .it has helped many of children, including mine, with speech and interactive play with others, plus it helped me to talk with other parents and the "teachers" and get advice on things. ..see if your town has something like that.. .our Early Head Start is really fun because its only a two hour session during the week (sometimes more) and you get to stay with them and play, paint, sing, dance, explore and all that and they provide snack time and on thursdays they provide dinner for the night session =) its really great, you should defitnetly see if you have something like that. . =)

My son went into preschool at the age of 3 but didn't get in this year. Its a good idea to start them out early so they develope interactivly with other children. The child must be 5 yrs of age to get into kindergarden thou. Its also a big help to you to start them with any type of schooling at a younge age. I am home schooling my child with preshool activitie books located at any walmart, to help him to transition into going to kidergarden next year. You can inrole the child into a daycare, but that is out of your pocket. Find whats right for you or locate someone in Healthy begginings for any questions or concerns you may have. The are exstremly helpful.
