It's probably a yeast infection my daughter had the same thing and I have to put nystatin ointment on it twice a day to keep it from coming back. hope this helps

My kids never had white cheesy stuff. My son was a little chubby and used to get red bumps under his arms and in his neck folds, I used to wash it all the time and put powder and sometimes I would put diaper rash cream on it, Also, try to keep her cool, in hot weather just let her wear a T-shirt or tank top or diaper only, I let my son wear just a diaper or diaper and T-shirt alot in hot weather because he was so chubby and got hot easily.

yeast can occur in/under any crease. under the neck, arm pits, thigh rolls, etc. my daughter had it when she was younger and they prescribed "nystatin" to get rid of it. it's a cream :)

My daughter had it too when she was really young, a friend told me it was formula that dribbled down into her neck (not sure I believe it), and sometimes it got into her armpits too. Just make sure to take a warm washcloth after every feeding to her neck and put a little powder in the area. Doing that helped keep it clear. If it gets worse the doctor can prescribe a cream for it.

try to keep the area dry with powder. it could milk when you feed the baby or when the throws up....

Might be a yeast infection. Babies can get them in their skin folds where it can stay wet from sweating. Your child's doctor can give you a cream to get rid of it.
