So my daughter is 4 months old. I work 5- 6 hours a day 4-5 days a week. My daughter and I get up about 9 AM...I go to work...Come home and we seem to be up till about 11. But she wakes up at night here and there too....
I guess my question is is there any way to deal with stress and being so tired all the time?!?!

Hay there, i know how you feel. Try to have her ready for bed by 8pm, do it every night the same thing for about a week. and she will realise that you are in charge and not her. Once this srts in she will automaticaly feel as tho she is tired and want to sleep.

wad about those off days?? wad do u do?? and try not to make her sleep that late.. its not healthy.. make her sleep latest 9.30pm.. did u feed her milk before sleep?? and is she having a healthy diet during the day?? check all that, make sure she's eating and drinking well. she's 4 months so she can hav baby food already.. and to handle stress, try to go out with frenz or with your partner only during your off days.. those 2 to 3 off days, relax yourself.. must know how to handle your time.. and smile! sooner later, u will manage everyting at ease and u just need to find the right momentum.. ok??
