Hey Everyone ,
How is everyone ?
I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in meeting up for coffee , chats and so on every fortnight or so.
It seems that most of us are first time mummys n also would love to meet new people. It will be great to be able to chat to people going through the same experience..
If anyone is interested , where would u suggest to meet up ?
Hope we can arrange something :)
Take Care

It would be great to meet you all.It does get very lonely at times...Also having other people to get advice n chat to would surely come in handy...

Hey Sahra - am applying for jobs in childcare, that's what I was doing before I met my partner. I'll be going back full-time straight away :( Emylee will stay with her Dad on his days off (he has a rotating roster at work, so sometimes has up to 5 days off during the week), she'll be going to kindy 2 days and any other days she'll be going to my sister's house - she has a bub who is only 2 weeks older than Emylee :)

A walk sounds great, I always say that I'm going to go for a walk every day, but just get lazy...if I had someone to meet on my walk it would keep me motivated to go. :) Contact me on facebook if you want to arrange something :)

Hi Sahra,

I live at Mermaid Beach at the moment - we're looking to move in the next few months - we're in a small 2 bedroom apartment and there just isn't going to be enough room as Emylee gets bigger.

At this stage Robina on Thursday sounds great, but I'm job searching at the moment and have an interview next week - fingers crossed I get the job and they ask me to start straight away! lol :)

I'll keep in touch to confirm.

Talk soon

xx

food court sounds great or if we did want a coffee shop i'm sure Donut King wouldn't mind if we moved a few tables as they are outside Kmart and are fairly spreadout anyway. Just a suggestion. Thursday is better but Friday is fine for me too next week.

I'd be interested in meeting up - I'm only free Thursday and Friday next week though - any time is fine. Robina sounds great, but if there is a few of us I'm not sure how we'd go with the prams - maybe the round area in the middle of the food court would be the best place - there is no way we'd be able to get too many prams into a coffee shop. Just an idea :)

Thats fine Sahra about caling me Emma. I mostly get Rebecca for some reason. Robina town centre sounds great, i think thats close to half way. i am not really sure of all the coffee places at robina but i guess somewhere, where we could take prams if need be. also afternoon would be better for me and bub, but see what suits most if not all!

Any chance of making it a bit more central? Some of us are on the northern Gold Coast and it's a long way to go with littlies, especially if there is more than one :)

Hi all. I live in Palm Beach and I'm up for meeting new mums and discussing our babies. There is a great place in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast HWY called Liller Ven. it is a Coffee shop, has some babies clothes for sale, areas where toddlers can play and plenty of room for prams. Or there is the Dune cafe near the Currumbin creek. Just a couple of suggestions!!
