Hi Everyone!

My baby is due December 3, 2010. I have severe morning sickness. Any remedies that worked for you ladies?

I get it ALL day and i'm puking my guts out. My stomach and throat are sooo sore from puking so much.

Thanks!

With my first I went tot he market and got some ginger preserves. That helped with my sore throat. This time it was so bad that my midwife suggested I buy some Unisom sleep melts and take one instead of 2. I was a little sleepy but I could sit upright without gagging. Hope you feel better!

i have had severe morning/day sickness with 4 of my 7 babies.. (pregnant with 7th due on the 4th dec) i used to eat a dry ginger bikki before i got out of bed, but with this pregnancy and my last, nothing works i have tried the green tea, blackmores tablets from the chemist, cold milk and milo, i think this baby just enjoys making me sick

Ive tried lemonade, ginger, peppermints etc etc and one more person tells me to eat a saltine berfore I get up it will be justifiable homicide. Go to your doctor. The only helping me is a Zofran/Reglan cocktail

Salt & Vinegar chips have helped me & many others I know, even those really, really sick. Also sour lollies.
Good luck!

yeah...I had really bad morning (afternoon, night) sickness and the absolute best thing that helped me was a peppermint candy. I had handfuls of them in my purse so that if i got carsick I could pop one in...and had a dish of them at home. Unfortunately once its all dissolved, the sickness RESOLVED. lol
Also ginger ale would help and trying to eat something small every couple hours. (if you can...lol)
It'll pass soon... :)

Thanks...i'll give that a shot. I discovered yesterday if i suck on a candy that helps me. So far it's the only thing that does help me. Everything else comes up. I don't eat solids in the mornings anymore. Thanks for the tip! I'm going to try and hope it works for me!!!
