My 9 month old tosses and turns most of the night, and is waking up because of it. It started a couple of nights ago.
Why is this suddenly happening?

I was told by the doctor this will happen when they reach every big milestone - my baby also tosses and turns a lot and his sleep has been worse since about 8.5 months old. They will grow out of it, but since this is a milestone-heavy time period, coupled with teething, could be a little while!
