I've had them with all 3 of my pregnancies, only hurt with my first baby. Definitely stinks having them after birth though...but just part of having a baby, you just pushed a human being out of your hooha....lol there's a lot of soreness and pain and discomfort. But there are lots of good products out there to help get through it. I love the tucks pads, its little round pads soaked in witch hazel and if you refrigerate them, very cool and comforting to wipe down there after going potty or just if they're bugging you. Sometimes I would just leave them on the ow spot for awhile and walk around with the pad there. There there is that spray they gave me at the hospital. You spray it down there and it kind of numbs the area. and of course the old remedy, bag of frozen peas. haha its only temporary and before you know it your body will be yours again and back to normal. :D

thats normal....im having my first baby today actually lol...piles happens sometimes not with every pregnancy but it happens with some...i have them and its sucks :S, its just because of all the preassure on your pelvis its makeing everything wanna "move out" as you would say lol, im not very happy that i have them but it happens to most women, if it wasnt gonna happen before you had the baby it was gonna happen while your giving birth because of all the streign of pushing.....maybe this means your new baby is a little more heavyer then your others, i know thats what my doctor told me my problem was anyways because she's so heavy and shes putting all her preassure on my poor "area" lol....hope it helps :)
