how to deal with a two year old when you go out ?

MY baby she is always behaving real good at home so much ,but when we go out she is out of control ,keep screeming wants to go where ever she wants ,i know she want to discover things by her own but sometimes she keeps crying loud and peopl keeps looking at me as i did something wronge to her .nobody knows that she is the one who is hitting me .well i guess its normal for a two year old to do that but sometimes its so stressful i dont know what you think ?

I think that age it is too hard to take them out to eat nd you can't even enjoy your meal if you do just order take out or get a baby sitter lol

Hi Diana, my son is also 2 and we def. have our moments when we're out. We've always done pretty much what we'd like, going out to eat, shopping, etc. so I think he's used to it. Lately, he flips when we put him into a shopping cart. Of course he wants his independence. We have found that if we let him do some things on his own it makes a difference. If you're somewhere where she could walk, then make her hold your hand, but then demand her to stay in a shopping cart or stroller at other times. See what works. Good Luck!
