Over these past few months ive had a couple of friends come to me about p.depression and we have talked about the subject...pesrsonaly i havent yet excperence having postnatal depression but i do belive that talking about how your feeling or if you are feeling some type of depression is the best thing...TALKING ABOUT IT
Having the support around you like your partner or friends or other support groups to talk to or turn to for help,if you need help do ask for it! i no as a young mum at some point during our time as mums we need to think about ourselves and our wellbeing and take a break.
Ive been there for support with my friends that are excprencing p.depression at the moment and in the past,but lets kick it off and begin with a story or something that you are going through and want to TALK ABOUT IT...
