I cry cause I am stressed out to the end of my wits.. I am only 27 and have kids tah age range from 9years to 9 months.. the 3 youngest are a year apart.. My D/H rarely helps with anything.. So I feel like I am a single mom.. I have gotten to a point that where I nearly had a nervous breakdown cause I didn't have anyone's help at a point.. So yea I do cry and have mini breakdowns.. I just just get bitches and complaints from my D/H and MIL and since she lives with my ass that is every wakening moment..

YES!! I do cry... about once a week I cry. lol Its kinda funny because I will see that afterwards it was either a very useful time to cry or it was quite a silly time or reason to cry.

I absolutely agree with both posts! Yes I cry too! For a while I was crying every day because I was getting so angry with my kids, but really I think I was angry with myself for how I was (or wasn't) handling things. I'm not saying this is for everyone, but I went on an anti-anxiety medication to help with stress and it really does help. I don't feel the stress as easily and can enjoy the kids again. I also don't get so bent out of shape if I can't keep up on the housework or if the kids are having meltdowns. Please know you are not alone!!!

I do, too. I think things just build up when I'm stressed and eventually, I have a cracking point and it spills out. I never quite understood what my mom meant when she said sometimes you just need a good cry to make you feel better. I also think sometimes I cry out of frustration just because I'm at a loss for what else to do when I'm stressed or angry.
