Hello. As we know, untill 6 months old,a breastfeeding child doesn't need any other food at all.The breastmilk values are great. After 6 months, the iron's reserves in our milk begin to be reduced and the other values to(this does not mean that breastmilk is not good,it is still very important to our child).Start with grains first, very small quantities, once a day. Then,it is better you try vegetable purees first, and then fruits last. When youtry her a new veggy, retry it again for the next three days, dont give other kinds in order to see for any allergies. After 4 days try a new one and so on.Give her water. If you are breastfeeding, try to get her to bed without it.Hope it may help you.bye
