I need help with my daughters hair...

My daughter has long beautiful brown hair with just a bit of a wave in it. That is not my problem; I love to comb it, braid it, and play with it. Luckily for me she enjoys this. My problem for me though is that all along her hair line she has these little wispy fly away hairs. They are about 3 inches long so when I put her hair up in a ponytail all these hairs sticking up everywhere. They stick up less if I do her hair right after her bath and her hair is still wet, but if it's dry and I put it up those hairs keep me from seeing her beautiful face. The hair products I've tried only cause them to pop up once her hair is dry and stick strait up. I can use little hair clips, but then they are all over her head.lol The only hair do that seems to take care of them is to gather 4 different sections of hair along her hair line and do little pony tails. Help!!!!! lol Any ideas on hair dos or hair products, tips or tricks that would help? I would be thankful for any ideas.

Have you tried frizz-ease? just rub a bit all over the hair or just the end then use hair straightners my 4year old daughter loves it and she has very thick frizzy hair.

My daughter gets a ton of fly-away hairs. I prefer to style her hair when it is wet (as you mentioned). When I style it when it is dry I use got2b Smooth Operator smoothing lotion. It holds pretty well and when it gives way to her rubbing her head on the rug (or any other silly kid things) it does not stick up. Additionally, when I do a simple ponytail or two I usually start with a small section of hair from the front/top part of her head pulled into one of those tiny elastics then into the hairdo.

Hope this helps!
