My son was born April 2, his party will be April 4. There will be some kids there.. but this is not geared towards children at all. It will be monkey themed.. he will have a monkey cake but i dont really get into decorations so im just getting brown and yellow plates and napkins.. i havent been that motivated at all for some reason. We are just doing a simple tri-tip, beans, salad, potato salad and rolls menu.. and cake. hoping it will only last a couple of hours.. i might get some M&M's to make a little favor with or something.. like i said.. im not that motivated at all!!

My son is going to be 1 on the 25th, we are having a circus theme party, with a "barrel of monkeys" themed fun jump, a bean bag toss, pin the nose on the clown, pull-string pinata, bubbles, etc. Since there are going to be a range of ages at our party I am trying to do a few different activities, in hopes that all will have fun. We are just going to have it at home outside, we live in south LA so it will be warm weather here by then. Serving hot dogs & nachos...I searched online and found many inexpensive party is one source.

My son's birthday is also on the 29th! lol we have some older kids coming aswell so we got a pinata from the dollarstore, we have some games for them and some gift bags. I agree with amanda, if the weather is nice maybe at a park, or at a swimming pool.

My daughter is turning 1 next thursday(April 2) and her party is going to be on the 4th, we decided on a dr. seuss theme. We have had to make all of the decorations since there is literally none anywhere! But its a lot of fun, and we were going to rent the basement of a church but my boyfriends second job is letting us use there basement which they usually rent out. Where to have it depends on how many people you are going to have my daughters is going to have about 55 people so we had to rent a place:)

I am having my son's 1st b-day party on April 26th. We just decided to have a pizza party, and cake and ice cream at home. What about the park? Do you live somewhere that it is warm already?
