I gained quite a bit of baby weight when I was pregnant and I am haveing a hard time losing it So i'm hoping someone can help me and give me some tips to lose it and keep it off

I have been going to a zumba class twice a week (it's free) and then I bought more healthy snacks - cutie oranges, laughing cow cheese, etc. and have been walking with friends during the days. I've lost all 44 lbs of my pregnancy plus 12 additional. Luckily I don't work so it's easier for me to get out...good luck!



My friend just signed up for Weight Watchers and has lost 6 lbs in two weeks. I think if you are motivated it really does work!

Become a vegetarian and start running. Worked for me. Lost all the baby weight (22 lbs) plus an additional 10 lbs.

I am in the same boat as you. I gained about 60-70lbs with my pregnancy and having a hard time getting those last 20-25lbs off. I signed up for a 10k as my motivation to get active again. Good luck to you

I just started going to Weight Watchers too and its awesome. I have been on it for over two weeks and have lost 7.2 pounds. Its great because you can eat real food! good luck

Weightwatchers worked for me - its better if you have someone to go with for motivation but I found it brilliant. Also did it for my wedding and lost over a stone.
