Need help finding time to workout

So I started working out awhile ago, And it used to work fine. My daughter would take her afternoon nap which is her longest, So I would do my workout when she layed down. But now shes not napping as much, And her naps keep getting shorter and shorter. So I dont have anytime. My question is does anyone have any suggestions on how to find time to be able to workout? Im sure other moms do it, But I def. need some advice.

take a stroller ride up and down hills. Levi loves his stroller and playing chase around the house. every little bit you do helps

I have 3 boys (5, 3, and 10 months) and take them out for a walk with the double stroller. It's quite a workout when you're pushing that much weight around (my oldest rides his bike-good for him to get exercise too)! I also have an exercise bike in the basement and can often manage a workout while the kids play around me (it's often interrupted, but that's life ...) Good luck!

My main goal was to workout after I put my daughter to bed at 7. So far that hasn't happened because I'm always too tired come 7, but I have committed myself to working out on Sunday mornings. My husband is home then so he watches her while I go to the gym. I think as long as you can really motivate yourself, before your baby wakes up in the morning or after you put her down at night are pretty reasonable times to get that workout in.

it is my opinion that it is worth the $30 a month to join a gym with childcare facilities.

try getting an exercise video that lets you work out with your baby. lifting baby, bending over to tickle baby then stand up etc....there are TONS out there! keep trying!

would love to find time for a run during my day! DS gets up at 6 and our day begins... he goes to daycare, and mommy goes to work.... when we get home, it is all about dinner and bedtime routine, and by that time I am exhausted. I don't think a workout is in my future for a little while.

i know it sounds dreadful but waking up before your baby does to work out sometimes is almost the only way...that is if your baby isn't waking up at 6am or earlier...i also know how much we mothers need our sleep...sleep is so important to us especially with little ones but do you have someone that could watch her for an hour during the day who you can trust just while you work out? I have my husband watch her when he gets home from work while i work out, or sometimes i do it when i put her down for bed at night. I know is sucks finding time and by the time we FIND the time to work out we are too
