i have been trying to lose weight and am not budging! i gained a lot while pregnant, 70+ lbs (little tear rolls down my cheek). i refuse to buy clothes for this huge size that i am when i have tons of clothes from size 8 to 12 if i could just lose some weight. i have been walking a lot, doing lots of exercizes including taking care of baby lol. and i basically have no appetite but when i do eat, it's a healthy low calorie meal, very hardly junk food. they weren't lying when they said pregnancy weight is way harder to lose! i need some tips ladies, any advice welcome! i don't expect to go back to prepregnancy, but just don't want to be this big for too much longer!

P.S. i am still wearing maternity most of the time..... my son will be 4 months on the 16th! agh! help!!!

I had the same issue and was really bothered with my post pregnancy body shape with lots of extra pounds of flesh. I got my body back after doing a simple remedy. Thanks to Clear my friend who advised me mummy magic weight-loss tea.

Hey Ladies!

Are you looking to get healthy, lose weight, improve your energy? Sounds great, right?

Let me tell you a little background on how I got here. My husband and I started the program in May of 2013. We were truly shocked at how easy this was and amazed by our results! I lost 20lbs in two months, and he lost 40lbs in 3.5 months.

If the pounds weren't enough to make me thrilled, loosing 4 inches in my butt and hips had me ecstatic! haha. The best part is we haven't gained it back. Our view on food is different and we are more active.

It was so incredibly easy to keep on board with the program. There is less than 5 min. prep time for the food, some are just open and go! I loved that I could toss a snack in my purse and not rely on finding a "healthy choice" on the go. Not to mention, cooking once a day was a nice break.

Well, one thing leads to another and I decided to be a health coach through Take Shape For Life after I did the program. I want to help others create a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable. I've included my website in case you want to reference it at a later time.

You can see all of the meal options, read more about what this program is and what it entails at the website below. Stop by my facebook page and feel free to email me any questions. I am completely honest and open and want to help you reach your goals. Did I mention my health coaching service is free?!!!!

Thanks, Kristin

Jenifer I really feel for you! I cant imagine how awefull your boyfriends comments must be making you feel!!!!!!! I am lucky and my hubby is dead supportive of me and is always telling me how sexy I look even if I dont feel it and that as far as he is concerned he loves me more because the extra weight has come from bringing something so very precious into our lives! Babes you need to give your man a wake up call and tell im to stop living in the dark ages... Celabrities are able to do it coz they have the money to hire people to look after babies while they exercise, spend on personall trainers and nurtitionists etc, if he wants to find te extra chas to alow you the freedom to do that then as far as i'm concerned bring it on if not he should shut up and be more supportive! (Sorry to rant!) Most of all this is a time that you should be enjoying you daughter not fretting about an unsupportive partner! If your milk is low, just a thought, try brewers yeast or blackthorn berry elixier if u want a natural boost, or if you fancy going down the clinical route, see if you can get your doc to prescribe eglonyl, this is a mood enhancer but stimulates prolactin. My milk was extremely low and the only way I could nurse my son was to take those things and it really helped me. My thoughts are with you luv. xxx

I definately feel the same! The most difficult part for me is that I don't feel like I look that bad. Yea I konw I have around 20 pounds more to lose and I'd love to wear my old clothes again and feel that confidant. But I have cute clothes that look good now. My issue is my boyfriend and father of my baby. He has made comments since we literally first got home from the hospital...And basically doesn't see why I can't diet. I'm still nursing and am already starting to have problems with my mild supply and my daughter being so hungry, so I can't cut calories really or my supply will lower. I try to explain this to him and he says its just an excuse. He just doesn't get that I had a baby 4 months ago and I'm not just gunna instantly drop back to what I was. I do try to get in walks with Bri (my daughter) but when its over 90 degrees outside, it makes it hard, since she gets crabby when she's hot and your not supposed to have lil ones in the sun. Wish there was a way to just shut him up because all the comments just make me want to eat another brownie and call it a day! :)

I'm also struggeling but mine is more to do with the fact that had to go back to work when my son was 3 weeks old so am not finding much time to exercise. As someone who has studied dietetics and nutrition, I can tell you that not eating much is the WORST thing you can do if you trying to loose weight! Your body gets used to not having food and so looses the ability to recognise when you are hungry. It is essential that you try and increase your food intake if you are haveing virtually nothing, try having small meals throughout the day rather than big meals, this keeps your metabolism high and also keeps your blood sugar levels stable. Also do a bit of research into foods that are low on the gylcemic index and try to base your deit around those things. The reason for this is that they keep your blood sugar levals on a balance rather than getting the drastic highs and lows that you get from things high in the gycemic index, also LOW GI foods as they are often called keep you feeling fuller for longer and prevent the craving for sweet things and binges. Also remember to watch NOT just the calorie intake but also the fat but more importantly the sugar and salt content of foods as this can contribute massively to redused weight loss. Sorry for the essay, hope this helps, good luck!

I've been losing pretty good I guess...i'd probably be doing better if i could get some more exercise in. I drink LOTS of water and eat lots of lean meats and whole grains. Be careful about fruit...even though it's good for you it still has a lot of sugar in it.
