To kill this morning sickness that was horrible, I used an organic tea called no to morning sickness tea. It's an amazing supplement that completely soothed me from this weird sickness.

My doctor recommended the sea-bands that you wear on your wrists and presses an accupressure point that helps with the nausea. I think its actually helping me!

eat when you are not hungry... Eating soup helps me. Also, take brewer's yeast, as you might be low in protein and iron.

I've been fine morning sickness-wise until this week (9th week). I feel like throwing up all the time and it's really bad! I've only actaully thrown up once, an I'm really hoping it stays that way because it wasn't pretty!! I don't find that citrus works at all... and I've tried keeping crackers by the bed, but that doesn't help either. Smells are just brutal right now too... I almost tossed my cookies while changing my daughter's dirty diaper :S I find it weird because I didn't get morning sickness at all with my daughter.

im completely intolerant to any food smells, but i can eat (and keep down!) some of the worst things! i wont go into detail to spare your stomachs, but lets just say im afraid tomato sauce is turning into a craving of mine :S

one thing that helps is those little packs of cracker sticks and cheese. i ate like 6 of them the other day!

mine kicked in this weekend- a full week and a half later than it did with my first child, so of course just as I was hoping to get by unscathed. everything smells so terrible that there is nothing I want to eat. I'm forcing saltines and gingerale and seem to be ok now that I'm at work... the sour patch kids sound interesting, will have to try that! Corn chips actually helped me last night- I think it was a salt craving though, and I wanted nothing to do with them this morning!

my doc wont give me anything until my second trimester at least. i've found that lemon works to kinda take the edge off. i use lemon sour patch kids, lemon drops, and lemon water. also, i ordered those "preggie pops" on ebay a couple days ago...ill let you know how they work when i try em!

nothing helped me so far. I had a prescription made out to me and that's helped A LOT. i haven't thrown up in a week. Mine started 2 1/2 weeks ago, it's like hell isn't it?! Ginger capsules are also highly recommended.
