My April baby is on a schedule but I wouldnt say strict because well life doesnt always allow for strict. He gets up between 645 and 730 (naturally I dont wake him up), has his bottle. Then around 9 has breakfast. Around 10-1030 has a 1.5-2 hour nap. Then has lunch around 1. Bottle around 3. Dinner between 5-530. Bath at 745 bed at 830. But definite variations everyday.

My baby's on a routine and it makes my life so much more predictable! The timing below is just approximate, on the days that I go out, the schedule shifts a bit but I always make sure she gets her nap (even if it's less than 3-4 hours). Here it is:

Wake up 9am, followed by bottle
Lunch around 11:30am
Bottle around 1:30pm followed by a 3 to 4 hour nap
Bottle + snack around 6pm
Dinner around 7:30pm
Bottle & bed-time around 10pm

Hi ya, i've never had a routine for my daugter she is 10mnths old. She has not once slept through the night. i've spoken to alot of people & im beginiing to think mayb she's not sleeping through the night because she's not in a routine? the most she has slept is 7.5hours which is quite good. Now she's teething so is very restless! she still sleeps in our room, mostly because its easier for me to get up to her rather than goin to the otherside of the house when she wakes. Im finally getting my life back on track i play alot of sport & enjoy walking it seems easier not having her in a routine as this would restirct me doing activities outside the house. Is this selfish of me? This week i will move her to her own room, wish me luck as i've also been told that this will help her sleep through.

i'm not to strict about my son's schedule, but try to keep a routine. he wakes up at 10am and i breastfeed and my husband will feed him breakfast. then at about 1 or 2pm he takes a nap for an hr or two. when he wakes up i feed him his lunch and nurse. at 5pm i feed him his dinner and nurse. 8pm he takes a nap till 10pm. when he wakes up i nurse then its bath time. after his bath he waits on daddy to get home and then goes to bed.
in the past its been awake at 8am and bed at 8pm, but when my husbands shift at work changed our son just wouldn't go to sleep till he got to see his daddy, so now i have him awake when his daddy gets home and he spends 10 mins with him before going to bed. i also give him 2 snacks during the day of either yogurt bites or cereal w/real fruit in them.

My daughter is on a schedule too. It's nice because it's easy to go out knowing when her eating and nap times are. She wakes a 7. Has breakfast cereal and fruit at 8. Naps around 10 for 1.5 hours. She has a bottle at 11:30. Then lunch fruit veggie and puffs at 1:30z naps at 2 for 1 hour. Has bottle at 3:30. Dinner fruit veggie and biscuit. Bath at 630. Bed bottle at 7 and then bedtime. It works really well so far

My daughter's on a pretty strict schedule. She wakes up usually between 7-8 am. She gets up and eats oatmeal with fruit, and then nurses. Around 11:30ish, she eats lunch, and then nurses. After lunch, she takes a nap for around 1 hr 40 min- 3 hours. (Average around 2 hours) Around 2, she nurses for about 15-20 minutes. Around 4:30, she eats her dinner, then we start getting her ready for bed at 6:30, then she nurses then is asleep by 7. On Mon, Wed, and Sat, she gets a bath, so we start that at 6:15. She sleeps through the night for 12-13 hours a night. She's been on a schedule since she was 4 months old. On Wed, and Sat, her schedule is thrown off a little because we do volunteer work in the morning. Sunday, it's a little off too because we go to church. She know's her schedule, and it's almost on cue when she gets tired and her naptime or bedtime. It makes everything easier for all of us.

My april baby is on a very strict schedule, ad she seems to thrive on it she usually wakes up about 8AM gets a bottle ad some food about 10:30AM she takes a nap of 30-45 min then at noon gets a bottle and food again about 1:00PM she takes a nap for about an hour and a half and at 4 eats again hen takes a short nap sometimes around 5 to 6 eats some regular food from our dinner and then around 7 she gets a bottle and food and goes down for the night, and every other night is a bath!!
I love it def makes my life easier cause I can plan around it
