could this be happening now? He eats his hands more than usual, lots of bubbly spit/drool, nausea, won't take much of his bottle. Sleeping pretty well though!
About three days of throw up.... He can take just 2 oz and throw up and not want more. He normally takes 6 oz every 3 waking hours.

Have you spoke to a dr or started pedi light for your child? Not keeping food is bad.

my son is doing the same thing but not spitting up. it is really challenging to get him to eat his normal 6 oz every 3 hrs for the last week and a half. so frustrating, I feel your pain. I'm breastfeeding and giving formula, about 50/50 and have been for the last two months. Can you feel any teeth poking thru? I'm starting to feel something sharp on his bottom gums. Also a friend suggesting getting size 2 and size 3 nipples for the dr brown bottles so they can get a faster flow. My nanny noticed if she puts him in more of a seated position when bottle feeding it helps. Sometimes... maybe a phase but I'm right there with you
