I wanted Justin Cole. Brent wanted Joshua Caleb. Brent hated Justin Cole. I thought Joshua with Caleb was too much to put on any one child. So, we picked up the Bible and started with Adam and by the time we got to Jesse (King David's father), we both went "hey, I like that". His middle name is my maiden name, Holland, so that one was easy.

Samuel is for my Great Grandparents who used to call me "Sam" as a child - thought I should have been a boy since I was the third Great Grandchild. Blake was the only name we could think if that sounded good with Samuel. (Incidentally enough, Sam Bradford was the QB for OU's football team the year Sam was born, while Blake Griffin was the Rookie of the year for OU's basketball team & later the #1 NBA Draftee.) Olivia was a name that Eric & I both really liked and her middle name Antonia was for Eric's Panamanian Grandmother who passed away in August of 2008.

Axel:Axl rose from guns and roses, believe it or not his middle name (martin) came to me cause axel martin has a ring to it, i didnt realise why this was then it came to me, it sounds alot like the car Astin Martin. Jaxon: I couldn't find one that fit for him. at 3 days old he was finally named Jaxon Daniel Luke, Jaxon to represent my youngest bro Jack, my older brothers middle name is Daniel and other younger brothers middle name is Luke. The x was an idea i got from a nurse in the special care unit. and it sort of fits better with Axel
