Pieces of toast is my baby's favorite.

Try also strips of fruit: Apple pear banana or practically anything you eat!

Riley eats: Gerber puffs and crunchies, sliced green beans (from the can), rice crispies, little pieces of bread, anything off my plate that doesnt have a lot of spices and such, just in small easy to chew pieces.

Gerber Puffs, Crunchies, and Melts. Apple slices, peeled. Clubhouse crackers. Strawberries sliced. Penne Rigate whole wheat pasta. Mac & Cheese. Potato bread. Green beans. Small pieces of chicken. French fries. Pear. Just about anything firm enough to pick up but soft enough to chew.

My daughter decided one day she no longer liked to eat the baby food and wanted to feed herself. So now we just give her pretty much whatever we are eating (other then some of the meats as they are harder for her to chew) just cut up into small pieces. I also give her the Gerber graduates meals and she likes most of them. Her fav. food seems to be peas, breads and pasta. She'll try anything, even dill pickles!

My son barely eats any sort of baby foods... we give hi nwhatever we eat just cut up in to tiny pieces... so he has had all sorts of veggies, broccolli is his favorite.... fruits, he however does not like peaches... crackers, toast, you name it, he has tried it... even ate jumbalya thsi past weekend (we don't make it real spicy!)

We make all foods so here is our list: steamed/baked carrot or sweet potato sticks, chunks of watermelon, banana, cantalope, shredded cheese, steamed peas, gluten free pasta with melted cheese, avacado, cheerios. have fun!

I give my little one a taste of just about everythign I eat. Her favorites are plain pasta (a little over cooked) and KIX. I have also tried some fresh fruit but suhe is not crazy about that.

Brayden has mum mums almost every day (I've found them in Superstore/Loblaws, Walmart, pretty much every grocery store with a baby section but those two are cheapest). He has pears, mandarin oranges, cheerios. My mother used to have me on breads and pasta at 10 months.

Baby Mum Mums (I have only found them at Wal Mart) or Gerber puffs. Those were the first two we tried.
