I've decided to reduce their milk slightly so solids can be increased

Heres how their day roughly goes.

7-7.30am 210ml Formula

8-8.30am breakfast

10-11am water/juice/fruit if needed. (They use to have a bottle here but have now replaced it with water etc)

11.45-12.30noon Lunch

2-2.30am 150ml-180ml Formula

4.30-5pm Dinner

6.30 -7pm Bottle 210mls

Hi I have 7 month twin boys this is usually their schedule

8-8:30 breakfast

10:30 6oz milk

2:30 lunch

5:00 6oz milk

7:30-8 dinner

9-10 8oz formula

suring the day we give them juice or water depending on what we are doing and the weather also if they seem to be a little hungry inbetween meals/milk we give them a stage1 fruit, this is rare thought

I also wanted to share that I meet a nutricionist at Target :) and she said that Gerber has pestizides (just in case any one is using that) and that Earths Best was as good making the food at home. I make them food but I know how hard it is with twins to have enough, we alwats seem to run out :)

My guy varies pretty widely with what time he wakes up for that first feeding and then goes 3-5 hours between nursing. Especially now that I've added solids he sometimes stretches it out to 5 or 6 hours between nursing times which means he only nurses 4 times. On the one day a week that I work he usually takes about 11 oz of breastmilk from a bottle and I do the first and last feeds from the boob. My son is 7 months and a week.

Here's our day-

5-7 nurse then back to bed

8-10 nurse

11-1 solids- usually about 2 ice cubes or so of veggie and/or fruit plus cheerios or puffs

11-1 nurse

2-4 nurse

6ish solids (again usually about 2 cubes worth)

7 nurse and down for the night
