My baby won't drink water or juice

My daughter is 9 months old and won't drink water or juice. I've tried a couple of times but she keeps pushing the bottle away. Should I be worried? Or is there something I can try?

Just keep trying. My daughter had juice first so she did not like the water at first. I offered it to her in her sippy with every meal, every day. Eventually she caught on and will now drink it.

My daughter loves juice. Her favorite so far is Apple-Banana by Juicy Juice. She also lieks their apple juice. Right now we are trying the white grape. She does not like it as much, but still drinks it. I always dilute it 1/2 and 1/2.

I get my son to drink by dropping it in his mouth with a straw. I figured that after I get him to like it he will one day drink from a bottle or cup. Just put the straw in the cup of juice put your finger on the top of the straw and that holds the liquid in it. make sure you don't have too much in it then put the full end in your daughter's mouth, take your finger off the top and then the juice drops into her mouth. That is the only way I can get my son to drink anything other than from the breast.

My daughter is the same way... i tried a bottle a sippy cup mixing it with some formula or water and she lets it dribble down her chin

my son wouldn't touch water or juice out of a sippy cup so i caved and gave him dilute juice from a bottle (not the same type of bottle as he has his milk in) and i offer him juice between meals and with his meals. if they're thirsty they'll drink it!

Don't worry. All they need right now is breast milk or formula. The only other thing I would suggest is to give it in a sippy cup, I have read not to give juice from a bottle.

Have you tried watering down the juice? The only juice my daughter will drink is Pear juice and we have to water it down, about 1/2 and 1/2. Also we do not give it to her in a bottle, only in her sippy cup or from our water bottles. We drink out of water bottle at home and she is obsessed with drinking from things that we do, so she drinks water from those every once in a while. A friend of mine taught her daughter to drink water from a straw (using it like an eye dropper). That taught her to like it, now she uses a regular cup. I wouldn't worry to hard about it, as long as she is still getting breast milk or formula, she really doesn't need other drinks.
