I wanna get my pre-pregnancy body back...I've lost 25lbs since I had my daughter (she's 8 months old) but I'm still 20lbs more than I was before I got pregnant. I'm having the hardest time trying to get my stomach and love handles toned back again! If anyone has done it, How? and How long did it take you?

I only gained 22 lbs. with my daughter. I only had 8 lbs. to lose after my daughter was born and it came off within a few months. My body although is not that same as before pregnancy. My belly is very flabby, and I have been struggling to tighten and tone it. After two kids, I don't think it will ever be the same. I weigh 115 lbs. but am only 5'0 and I do have a lot of fat and saggy skin in my belly area that I can't seem to get rid of. Sometimes I think it takes a long time.

hey i got my pre-pergger body back.. weight wise anyway.. \i was 125 when i got preggers went to 158lbs, 6 months after baby i was 115, 8 months after i'm 113lbs.
i breastfed, and i had like 1 month b4 i had to go back to uni, for me i think it was a mixture of bleeding for 4months straight after giving birth, walking to and from uni about 4 times a day (15mins each way) and being a single mother and having to do most of everything on my own...
drink plenty water, eat well, not much junk food, lil or no alco stop when you're full, that might help

ummm exercise! i gained 38 lbs while i was pregnant, and though i haven't been weighed in a while, i'm pretty sure i'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight. it took some hard work, but it was worth it. i worked out for an hour, hour and a half a day for a couple of months, doing all sorts of things. jillian michaels is great for losing weight and getting toned at the same time. yoga and pilates help too. you just have to keep up with it.
