my baby got her first two teeth at four months! [= i found that giving her a warm, clean, baby washcloth helps a lot! she'd be real fussy chewing on a teething ring and i'd give her a warm washcloth and she'd stop fussing!

hi melissa no 4 months is not too young some babys are even born with teeth and teething can last for a couple of years, i have a 10 month old son who has 8 teeth, he started teething at 2 months old and got his first 2 teeth at 3 months old and the rest followed. its totally normal, give your baby things to chew on-cold teething rings, damp cold cloth even cold carrot sticks. give him things for the pain- teething gel like bonjela, or medicine like calpol or calprofen. try and make sure he drinks plenty of milk as babys can get dyhidrated when teething. hope this helps in some way :)

Not at all, my son started teething at 3mths but didn't cut his first tooth until he was about 7mths old. He would go through 'teething spats' drooling, cranky, clingy etc so just keep dishing out the mummy love x

Do they spit up more when they are teething? My little one is 4 months and 2 weeks, Drooling and chewing on his fist and my knuckles.....but we also tried tro switch him from Allumentim to Sensitive formula by Similac and I am thinking can the spitting up have to do with the formula or the teething....

My little girl started to get her first tooth at a month old. She had her first one at two months old her second one at three months old. My doctor had told me that a baby can be born with a tooth/teeth.

My son cut his first tooth @ 3 months 21/2 weeks and by the time he was 5 months old he had 5 teeth and 2 more coming in so it's definately a possibility.

yep. my little princess was teething at 2 months and the hard part is you cant use teething gels till they are 6 months old but if you like natural remidies the is a homeapathic solution that works wonders just look it up on the net, i got mine from the Owen clinic they post it out to you.

No its not. It has something to do with giving them food. Get some humphreys tablets and infant motrin it says 6 mths but my pediatrician said give it to her based on weight.

my 3 1/2 year old is pretty much the same. I don´t know if she is really teething because her gums arent totally white but I´m not really sure if that means shes not teething. I dont really know if this is normal at this age but I hear nothing but horror stories about teething babies. I can still tolerate her crankiness so im not really sure but i just let her chew on teething rings and stuff. frozen wash cloths work pretty good to. Does anyone know if it is a bad thing to let babies chew on frozen teething rings if they arent teething?? sorry im not much help, this is a first for me to

My youngest son had 4 teeth at 3 months old. There really isn't a too early or too late for kids unless it endangers their health..
