I have been successfully been feeding my 2 month old boy. It was quite the struggle at the beginning, lots of obsticles. That's a very lenghy story, lol. But all that matters is that i am conclusively breastfeeding now, and i feel really good about it. with my first born, I wasnt as lucky, I didnt have the resources as i did this time. I tried for a short amount of time, 11 days to be exact, but i gave up. I truley regret doing so, If I knew then what I know now, I could have been successful. But anyways, I would love to hear any suggestions/tips or any concerns anyone has to offer.

*The biggest tip I can offer is just stick with it, if it is really important to you, keep going. It takes a long time for some, to get their milk started. It took me just over three or four weeks to be able fully breastfeed.*

One question I am wondering is ......does it hurt when they start to get teeth?

my son has just cut his first two teeth and no, it doesnt hurt. I was worried about that too, esp as he used to bite me all the time but the biting seems to have stopped now that the teeth are through :)

my tip is lansinoh cream... excellent for healing chapped nipples really quick, and never be afraid to ask for help! Once the latch is right its all good.

you should join the breastfeeding community on here if you havnt already, theres loads of info on there!
