203's eating candy. I work for an oral surgeon...can't tell you if I'd ever be willing to give my daughter candy after seeing what I have seen. lol. Honestly, I too think that is just crazy and not something I would ever, ever, ever do....but If she is your friend, don't say anything. It is her choice, not a very good one, but regardless, you don't have the right. I would be pissed if someone said that what I was doing with my baby was wrong if I was convinced it wasn't. lol. If you absolutely must, ask a question about it. example: "oh, your baby has started solids? I'm waiting...I don't feel comfortable doing that yet, I'm afraid of my baby choking. Just gonna wait for my baby's doctor's OK...when did you get the OK?" or simply, "when are baby's ok to have candy? My doctor didn't even mention it to me!" if you are interested...not like you're judging. You might get some insight as to why she did that and offer what "you were told." in a non judgemental, purely informational way =]

it's her choice. really not any of your business. it's most def something i would never do. i dont even give my 18 month old suckers. if you say something you will probably start a fight for no reason when it wasnt really your place to say anything.
