my baby is 4 months old and my hair just started falling out like crazy, what can i do to make it stop and is it normal?

it is normal. most women experience it. has to do with hormonal imbalance & stuff like that. if you are breastfeeding, it's even worse, you really have to protect your hair & most importantly your teeth. keep eating healthy, variety of foods, get good rest & keep taking those prenatals. also, try olive-oil hair masks -- the oil itself is good for you, one of the best you can get for human skin & one of the side effects is hair growth. it will even out by about 7-8 months or so, wiht some goes up to 1 year. then it just slows down. i was breastfeeding my son & at one point it was falling out in bunches. i thought i was going to go bald (overall, lost about half my hair) & i tried everything, masks, cutting my hair, changing shampoos. nothing seemed to work. then around 7 months it slowed down, i still have hair falling out, but it's manageable & doesn't go all over the place. good luck!
