I am having a hard time trying to think of different finger foods to offer my 9 1/2 mth old son. If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them.

Thank you!

anything your little one shows interest in, i would offer (besides nuts/ peanut butter and honey) my little man loves everything- cookies, crackers, cheerios, goldfish... he isn't a fan of the pasta pick ups yet but we're getting there ;-) we started him on the gerber graduates- puffs and yogurt melts; they are good, however, they can get expensive and once your little one gets the hang of feeding himself, i would try things you havfe in the house (cereal- again, no nuts/ honey; cookies; crackers... my little guy learned how to take small bites so now he can have a "big" cookie and feed it to himself)

I have to agree that the Gerber Graduates line is great. I gave them to my son. Biter biscuits, cereal puffs, pasta pick ups...all great! I would also suggest maybe trying some american cheese slices, just make sure you break them up some first. :)

I totally agree with Betsy..........
Charlie is 7 months and he likes to grab for all his food. I just cut it into small pieces.

Is your son good with finger foods yet, or are you just starting? I started my son on graduate puffs, and now he's a pro with finger foods! He also likes the little yogurt rounds that Gerber has. Basically anything solid that he is eating cut up into small pieces is good finger food. Bananas or other fruit cut up, small pieces of bread, cookies, even meat, depending on what he is eating.
