The risks associated with birth after cesarean are higher if the interbirth interval is less than two years. Here are some article references if you want to look up the studies. You may enjoy the article I got these from. It is from Midwifery Today, about homebirth after cesarean, but has a useful analysis of birth in general after cesarean. I believe the risk of uterine rupture is still low. The main thing to know, I would say, from my research, is to make sure your labor is not induced or augmented with any drugs at all.
