Lack of sex drive

Since i had our daughter 5 months ago ( c section) i have had no sex drive whatsoever. I didn't have that much beforehand but we have only had sex about 5 times since she was born. It doesn't help that he sleeps in a seperate room ( cos his snoring keeps me awake and she sleeps in the same room as me) and it seems to be having a negative impact on our relationship. Is this normal?

Have you tried maybe spicing it up? Thats what me and my husband had to do after I got pregnant with our son. It got to a point where at times he didnt touch me for 2weeks and its frustrating. We went on a adult website Or maybe get someone to watch your baby for a weekend so you and your husband/boyfriend can go all out. When your baby is sleeping, sit down with your man and talk about what you guys could do to spice things up a bit.

Are you breastfeeding? Making breast milk reduces the amount of some hormones in your body to help prevent you from getting pregnant, this also lowers your sex drive. Is your daughter sleeping well? Lack of sleep also affects sex drive. Talk to your doctor, what you are going through is very common and your doctor will be able to determine if its hormonal. Have you always slept in a different room to your husband? Or did you used to wear earplugs or something and now you can't cos you have to listen for the baby?
