Some children just have more issues with sleeping. I think you'll first have to get him off the bottle. It is going to be hard...mainly because he will see the 3 month old with one and want one too....but you are going to have to do it to get him use to soothing himself back to sleep.

Try having alone time with him before bed, so he feels special since jealousy with a new baby might be a reason he gets you out of bed at night, and read to him. Tell him you will read one story to him then it is bed time. When he wakes up at night go in there and comfort him and tell him it is bed time and he cannot have a bottle but you will sit with him for 5 mins and help him get back to sleep....slowly take longer to respond and spend less time with him in there each time. Eventually, I think, he will get the idea and after his story time he will go to bed for the night.

Good Luck!

the only way to stop them from wanting a bottle is to tough it out and not give in. It is fine that they are waking up a few times, just rock them back to sleep, change the diaper, but don't give them a bottle, sometimes it is just a routine thing with them and they aren't really wanting a bottle but are so use to it, their body just wakes up for it. It will take a few days to wean them off it, and perhaps at first you might just want to give them 1 bottle through the night before taking them away completely
