She was taking a bottle at least twice a week and now is refusing. My mother in law babysat for me thurs and she wouldn't take the bottle! She just cried and had a major fit to the point of exhaustion and falling asleep only to wake up 10 mins later hungry. It was a vicious cycle the whole time I was gona. We have been trying now for 2 days and she still won't take it. I have tried various ways of feeding her: walking around, distracting her while feeding, facing forward, other people feed her, and I do it when she's in a good mood. I don't wait until she's frantically hungry. I have tried 4 different bottles/nipples: breastflow, Avent, Dr. Brown's, & Nuby.

I just wanna hear from other mothers that went through this and overcame it. I need to know that there's hope. I am so upset with this because I go back to work soon and I have a wedding to attend on 9-6. If I can't get her to take a bottle every once in a while like she was, I will not be able to leave and do things for myself. That is so stressful. Do you think this is just a comfort phase right now and she will grow out of it. I need advice!

Going from breast to bottle is a different kind of sucking for baby. Its easier on the bottle for them, but if you happen to start her on your breast first, and than switch it should be easier to go back and forth. but if not, and she started on the breast, than go to a different leval dipple on her bottles! I had the same problem! Good luck!
