We've noticed that for the 3rd night now, our 5 month old doesn't wet his diaper at night when he goes to sleep, so that's a good 6-7 hours, should i be worried?

As long as he's producing enough wet diapers during the day, it isnt something to be too concerned about!

We have noticed the same thing in our 3 month old Daughter. When she sleeps all night (6 to 8 hours) sometimes she doesn't have a wet diaper. Her Ped said it was alright because of sleeping soundly and because she's not eating anymore at night. Like Samantha said, just ask your ped if you are concerned, but they didn't seem to worry about our daughter doing it occasionally.

na it shouldnt be a problem if he is sleeping throught the night. if he doesnt eat anything he prly wont go. just ask the ped if your concerned. but if he is having at least 8 wet ones a day i wouldnt worry

You could start giving him a little water now, help him start with a cup. Just maybe an oz or two. Then you will be sure he's not dehydrated.
