I dont know if you only have 1 child but when I only had one it was really quite easy. When it was only just the three of us Me,my hubby and my little girl ,I had an orgainsed mess. When she woke up in the morning,I gave her a bath, breakfast her bottle and let play on the rug with her toys and have a play. In this time I would do the washing, any dishes and a general tidy up. Washing can stay on the line till im ready to bring it in,I would take her to the shops to get bits and pieces and do my running around. By the time I had finished I would go home to a reasonably clean house, give her some lunch, she was tired so off to bed she would go,I just left all of her toys on the rug on the floor as I knew she would be back there with them, and off I would go too. She was a good baby, all of my children were and this was a routine that I maintained for all of them. The schedule changed slightly after each child but the theory was still there and all of my children still had a sleep during the day up to the age of 4 yrs old.Yes and I still had one too,Oh how I wish those days were still here, all of my children range from 16 down to 8 years old now and between work, school and housework I dont get much time for my midday nap anymore.......lol

My Daughter is 15 months and I still take naps almost everyday while she naps. Normally chores are done while shes awake or depending on what it is after she goes to bed at night i will try and get some things done before i go to bed...guess thats why i still need a nap. lol.

I still take a nap with my 15 month old, usually every other day.

Chores are done when the kids are awake. They help.

I stopped around 14 or 15 months but occasionally after that I would take a nap like once a week or so when I was really tired.
