we used baby oil or unscented mineral oil applied to the dried skin or "cradle cap". if it is a really bad case, it may take several applications and "peelings." i used a comb to lift off the flaky skin.

try rubbing baby oil onto your babies head, leave it on overnight an gently comb through in the morning, should come off with no pain x

I used baby oil, then a lice comb or very small toothed comb to scrape it off.

My daughter had craddle cap. Her scalp was always dry and flaky. Because I work in the medical field I was able to ask someone that works in a dermatologist office for some advice. They recommended the advanced strength Head & Shoulders just be extra careful not to get any in the eyes. I hope it works for you.

hey girl! my youngest had it for a little while ....when she was like 2-3 months old...it wasnt THAT bad, but it was there...i did research on the internet...and what worked for me was vegetable oil!! i soaked a cotton ball, and patted it on her head, so that her head was completely covered..then after it absorbed, after 30 min-an hour or so, i gently could scrape it off with my fingernail....it didnt hurt at all, it came off like you were peeling dried elmers glue off or something....now this is what worked for us....good luck!!
