One of the biggest wastes of money is buying a product that you don't need or won't use. Say you bought something priced at $6 and you have a $5 coupon for it. I would not buy the product if it is something I would not use. To me you are wasting $1 that you could put towards purchasing something you will use. If you get into a habit of buying things just because you got a great deal on it, then you may end up with a lot of money tied up that you could have put elsewhere! Practice smart couponing!
