What advice would you give to moms who are struggling with PPD?

Reach out to friends and family. Isolation makes everything so much worse. Find someone to talk to who you trust and you can let in and just talk.

When you're struggling with a physical or mental illness, how do you keep up with all the demands of motherhood?

Ask for help! I also take naps when I need to reenergize. If my son is down for a nap I give myself that time to nap as well.

What's a mood booster that helps you get through a bad day?

Remembering that this moment will pass. Going moment by moment and calling to talk to others who know what I'm going through or family who are a part of my support system.
