What's one tip you'd give to moms struggling to make time for physical activity?

Pencil in at least 30 min of "you" time for each day in the family calendar. How you spend the 30 minutes is up to you, but remember this (and if possible tape/ magnet it right next to the calendar itself): "I regret this workout" -- said no one, ever.

What's your best advice for moms trying to get healthy?

Always remember that your kids are watching you and by everything you do, you set an example and mold their personalities, habits and lives. Healthy mom = happy mom = happy, healthy kids.

What motivates you to stay active while raising a family?

Watching my son grow into an active, healthy boy is the biggest reward and I know that the best way to encourage him is to be active and healthy myself!
