I feel lucky! Our worst mess was when The Munchkin dumped an entire bowl of Parmesan cheese on our giant chocolate lab, Otis. Food messes are easy to clean up if you have a lab in your house.....Otis just shook himself off and helped himself to the crumbs while The Munchkin and I giggled hysterically.

What's the funniest word your toddler has said so far?

This isn't really a funny word, but our Munchkin says, "actually" a lot, and it is funny coming out of the mouth of a three year old. "Actually, Daddy....". "Actually, I like this toy". It cracks us up.

Help us create the ultimate pirate-themed birthday party! Please share an idea for a game, recipe, party favor, decoration, etc. that's perfect for a pirate party. Include a link to a photo if you have one!

Arrrrrr! A pirate party is such a cute idea! It would be cool to put the party favor bags in a "treasure chest" or old trunk (you could probably find this at a thrift store) and it would double as decoration. Instead of cupcake flags, you could make them in to ship mast style flags. I'm thinking a game could be created out of "walk the plank". This is a fun idea!

What can I do with my old baby clothes?

We have a baby clothes "recycle" going on. Our son is 3, our friend's son is 2 and our nephew is 1.5. We use the clothes/shoes, pass them to the next boy, he uses them and his mom then ad's their clothes to the mix, then the get passed to our nephew. He uses them and his mom ad's his clothes to the mix and then they come back to us. When we have a child if it's a girl, someone is going to get a 5 year wardrobe for their son! We use the bin system, by age (0-3 months, 6-9 months, etc.).
