What's the most creative dessert idea you've come up with for a party? Please share a link if you have one.

I'd have to say the "Slushie Tubes" I came up with as a way to use clear plastic gumball tubes for something besides holding candy in parties. I simply made slushies in a blender using Kool-Aid drink mix and ice and then poured them into the tubes and added a paper straw. I displayed the tubes in a bucket of ice so they'd stay cold. You could do this with so many different frozen drinks or even soda pop for a perfect and easy treat at a summer party! See the Slushie Tubes HERE:

What's a cool DIY project you would recommend for party decorations?

I loved making my own tassel banner using plastic tablecloths and ribbon. It was the perfect backdrop for the Rainbow Party I styled, but could be customized to suit any color palette and used for SO MANY different party themes! Tutorial HERE:

What are some of your favorite kid-friendly party snacks that are healthy too?

There are so many party snacks that can be healthy and still appealing to kids, from fruit (watermelon, berries, applesauce packs) to crackers (animal crackers, graham crackers, goldfish crackers) to low calorie popcorn. One of my favorite things to do with snacks for kids is to display them in something small and easy for them to pick up and carry. A few of my top picks are nut cups, fry boxes and mini popcorn boxes.
