What advice would you give to a mom who wants to start couponing?

Set goals! How much are you wanting to save? Are you saving for something in particular?
Start small. Choose one or two stores to shop at in the beginning. Get to know their coupon policies and then when you're feeling more confident add a couple more.
Don't try to hit every deal. This goes along with choosing only a couple of stores in the beginning. You'll get "coupon burnout" and be stressed. Add kiddos to the mix and you'll be a basket case in no time! I speak from experience by the way...
Find couponing blogs to follow. This Top 25 Couponing Moms list is a great place to start. There are some amazing bloggers here and they will keep you up to date on deals, coupons, freebies, etc.
And last....have fun! Because saving money is fun and rewarding!

How much do you save yearly using coupons?

A whole lot. It's easier to just tell you how much I spend each month. Once you start couponing to save money you'll notice you look for a way to save on everything else as well. There isn't a restaurant, theater, zoo, or museum I go to without first looking for a coupon or promotion.
The monthly grocery budget for my family of 4 (almost 5!) is $150. This includes diapers and toiletries as well. When family member #5 gets here we'll adjust our budget to around $175.

What is the best resource you've found for finding coupons?

The internet. Hands down. The internet gives you access to all of the printable coupon sites and couponing blogs.
When you follow your favorite brands on their social media pages this also gives you access to coupon and free sample promotions they run.
Another good resource is your Sunday newspaper.
